Our Kids and Teens classes are designed to provide young athletes with a comprehensive and engaging experience in the art of Muay Thai. With age specific training for kids (5-12 years) and teens (13-17 years), our classes emphasize safety, skill development and physical fitness.

Under the guidance of certified instructors, students will learn fundamental techniques, develop discipline and build confidence in a safe fun environment.

 

Kids Muaythai classes (5-12 years old) ​
 

In our 45-minute kids Muay Thai class, you can expect a dynamic and engaging session that combines physical fitness with essential martial arts skills. Each class is structured to include warm up, technical training, pad work and drills, conditioning and warm down.

Our goal is to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where kids can learn new skills, stay active and develop confidence. Each class is tailored to ensure safety, enjoyment, and personal growth for every child. We also have a 5 level grading system were students can test their skills and progress through their Muaythai journey

When- Every Tuesday and Thursday 
Time- 4.30 pm - 5.15 pm 

Cost - $27 per week via direct debit (school terms only)

Terms - 30 day notice for all account suspensions or cancellations

Teens Muaythai classes (13-17 years old)

 

Our 45-minute Muay Thai class for teens is packed with high energy training, skill development and personal growth. Each class is structured to include dynamic warm up, technical training, pad work and drills, conditioning, warm down and stretching. 

​

​Overall, our teen Muay Thai class provides an excellent workout, sharpens combat skills and fosters a sense of discipline and confidence, all within a supportive and motivating environment.
